PU foams are synthetics which known as Polyurethane Foam. PU foams are soft and open cell foam without cross-linkage. PU foam is manufactured by reacting polyols and diisocyanates. The manufacturing process involves polymerisation which also can be known as chemical polyaddition. Wansern has successful developed good quality of PU Foam which ideally suited as material in pressure reducing products.


Wansern has successful developed good quality bio-based mattress which using palm oil as one of our main raw material. Palm oil is a renewable resource, abundant supply and therefore sustainable, it also reduces the dependence and consumption of non-renewable petroleum. Wansern’s high density bio-based memory foam is a temperature sensitive, pressure relieving foam which automatics adjusts to your body contour and provide you extreme spine support.


Rebonded foam is produced using newly produced offcuts from Wansern’s foam. Rebonded foam is manufactured by combining those shredded polyurethane foam’s pieces with a liquid substrate that bonds the foam together. It is an efficient way to re-use production waste and the recycling of consumer durables.


High-density foam has a strong cell structure, which makes the material to be incredible durable and helps to ensure longevity. High-density foam providing excellent levels of support and is able to quickly spring back into the original dimensions. High density foam is a very firm foam that generally makes up the bottom layer of mattress.


High-resilience foam contour to the body exceptionally well, and their cell structure enables extreme elasticity and optimal supporting force. High-Resilience foam has special comfort properties and advanced flexibility. HR foam is generally supportive, comfortable and durable and is used in upholstery and mattresses.

HarmotexTM is specifically designed and developed to obtain some unique characteristics and properties that are beyond the typical conventional flexible polyurethane.

  • Fluidization characteristic that enable the foam for larger 2 dimensional (X-Y) movements.
  • High air permeability that behave as heat sink for better heat dissipation.
  • Comfort factor level is range between 2.3 to 2.6.
  • Soft but resilient even at low and medium density.
